FAQ
Questions You Might Have
What if I don’t like the result?
Before every service, we begin with a detailed consultation to align on your goals and find the right approach for your hair.
But if something still doesn’t feel right, I will either adjust the color — or you won’t be charged.
Your confidence and happiness are my priorities.
What’s included in the price? Are there any hidden fees?
All prices include blow-dry and styling.
For highlights, toner/gloss and all materials are also included.
There are no hidden fees — everything is clear, upfront, and discussed during the consultation.
Do you offer a consultation before coloring?
Yes, always.
We’ll take time to understand your hair, talk through your goals, and select the right technique and shade — together.
If you’re considering highlights or a major change, I recommend booking a free consultation in advance.
What color products do you use — and why?
I work exclusively with Davines, a high-end Italian brand trusted by professionals worldwide.
Their formulas are gentle, ammonia-free, and enriched with natural ingredients — designed to protect both your hair and your scalp.
I chose Davines not just for their results, but for their commitment to sustainability, science, and beauty without compromise.
👉 A patch test is always offered for new clients to ensure comfort and safety.
Can I get highlights if my hair is damaged or overprocessed?
Only if it’s safe for your hair.
If your hair is very dry or fragile, we’ll begin with a consultation and strand test.
In some cases, we’ll start with a recovery plan before lightening.
Healthy hair always comes first.
Do you offer scalp analysis and personalized hair care plans?
Yes. I provide professional scalp & hair consultations to assess current concerns like dryness, breakage, or hair loss.
Based on the analysis, you’ll receive a personalized care plan with product and lifestyle recommendations to support your long-term hair health.
Do you have a license to work in Illinois?
Yes. I’m a licensed cosmetologist and esthetician in the state of Illinois, and I’m also a certified hair practitioner through the International Association of Trichologists (IAT).
Can I book online?
Yes! You can book your appointment easily online through my website. Available time slots are updated in real-time, so you can choose what works best for you.
Where is your studio located and is it safe?
I work from a private, professional studio in Naperville within a licensed salon space. It’s clean, quiet, and comfortable with free parking and a safe atmosphere.
Do you help choose the right hair color for my skin tone or style?
Absolutely. During your consultation, I consider your natural hair, skin tone, lifestyle, and preferences. My goal isn’t just to color your hair — it’s to find a look that enhances who you are and works in real life, not just on Instagram.
Do you offer custom care for sensitive scalps or allergies?
Yes. I work with gentle, high-quality products and always ask about sensitivities during the consultation. If needed, we can do a patch test in advance. I also offer personalized hair care routines for clients with specific needs.
