Online Booking: All services are by appointment only and must be booked through the online form on this website.
Confirmation: You’ll receive a confirmation email with your appointment date and time.
Reminders: An automatic reminder will be sent 48 hours before your visit.
💳 Deposits & Cancellations
Deposit: A 20% deposit is required to confirm your appointment.
Cancellations:
More than 24 hours in advance: Your deposit will be fully refunded.
Less than 24 hours: The deposit is non-refundable.
No-shows: The full cost of the service will be charged.
In compliance with Illinois state laws, service providers may require deposits and implement cancellation policies when clearly communicated to clients.

But if something still doesn’t feel right, I will either adjust the color — or you won’t be charged.

All prices include blow-dry and styling.
For highlights, toner/gloss and all materials are also included.
